We are very confident that your jewelry purchase will exceed your expectations, however if you would like to return or exchange your item, you may do so within 30 days of purchase provided the following guidelines are met.

We can exchange or refund your purchase price within 30 days of purchase on stock items and rings that have not been sized. We cannot refund or replace rings that have been sized, nor can we refund or exchange custom-made items.

• You must include the Original Invoice or a copy therof, and the return authorization number with the item
• The item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition
• You must send the item by insured carrier, such as FedEx or Registered Mail. Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
• We cannot refund shipping charges
• Damaged, scratched, chipped or otherwise worn items cannot be returned
• We canot accept returns on special orders or engraved items.

To Return or Exchange your Item

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
   
   
2. Print your Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package and on your invoice so that it is clearly visible.
   
   
3. Send your item(s) in the original packing materials with the original invoice to us by an insured courier and keep the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
   Send your package to us at the address we give you with the Return Authorization Number
   
   
4. Once we receive your item, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition of the item and if it has met the above criteria,
   
   
5. A refund or credit or exchanges will be issued within 10 business days. We will refund your purchase via the method of payment.
